When You Are Heartbroken

A dear friend of mine recently went through a heartbreak, and it broke my heart too trying to think of ways of how I could help. I thought back to when I went through break-ups and they were all very lonely journeys, no matter how many friends you have to talk to. Grief makes you feel very alone.

I created my 30 Day Affirmation Journal to help when you are struggling on your own. And sometimes we need more inspiration than a simple blank page and lines going on for eternity to encourage us to pour our feelings onto the page.

There are 33 different affirmation words to help spark some reflection and flow for each day. There are 5 different cherry blossom designs as well to support and nurture you. When you open up this digital journal, I want you to remember you are not alone. Use each affirmation word to remind yourself how loved you are and filled with light and passion.
